About the Role
As Group Manager, you’ll lead a global full-stack team, driving end-to-end development of our product suite. You’ll own architecture and design decisions, oversee QA, and mentor engineers while ensuring delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that transform elder care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a global full-stack development group
- Define technical direction and own system architecture/design
- Guide QA processes and ensure high standards of quality
- Design scalable solutions across web and mobile (ReactJS, NodeJS, React Native)
- Mentor and develop engineers for growth and performance
- Partner with Product to shape and deliver the roadmap
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams (core + offshore)
- Expertise in Node.js, React, cloud environments (AWS), microservices
- Strong background with containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Track record of setting and managing agile development processes
- Proactive problem-solver with customer-centric mindset
- Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
