About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll join a multidisciplinary AI team working on text solutions that directly impact senior care. You’ll lead end-to-end projects - from research and experimentation to deployment - developing scalable NLP & Deep Learning models with real-world healthcare applications. This is a chance to combine deep technical expertise with meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize data pipelines and deep learning models (NLP focus)
- Lead research initiatives and apply advanced deep learning techniques
- Own projects end-to-end, from research to production deployment
- Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with Product, Clinical, and R&D teams to align AI with business needs
- Solve complex challenges with creative, research-oriented thinking
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in data science and deploying models to production
- Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven expertise in NLP (classification, sequence modeling, embeddings, entity recognition)
- Research-driven mindset with a track record of innovation
- Strong communication skills, able to explain AI concepts to varied audiences
