This includes ensuring that all required notices are provided and consents are obtained for Sensi.AI to collect, use, disclose, process, and otherwise handle Personal Data, including Protected Health Information and Health Data, from or about Customer’s Personnel, End-Users, or other third parties, in the due course of providing the Services to the Customer and as required under applicable state and federal telecommunications and privacy laws.

Certain federal and state laws prohibit unlawful audio recording and the interception and recording of telephone calls and other oral communications by electronic means. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable laws and regulations by not installing your Sensi.AI system in an area where individuals may have an expectation of privacy (bedrooms, restrooms, dressing or changing areas, locker rooms or similar areas) and by notifying individuals that are entering a secure location where they may be monitored and recorded by your Sensi.AI system. By enabling your Sensi.AI system to record audio, you consent on your own behalf and confirm that any other person entering your premises is aware of your Sensi.AI system and has consented to be monitored. You further acknowledge that your Sensi.AI system recordings may be used by Sensi.AI to provide its services and for any reasonable quality assurance purposes. YOU SHALL NOT INTERCEPT OR RECORD ANY ORAL COMMUNICATION OF ANY PERSON WITHOUT HAVING SUCH PERSON’S PERMISSION TO DO SO.
