What is a privacy-friendly alternative to cameras for senior monitoring?
Most of the time they don't want cameras in there. And almost all the time they don't want a caregiver in there, but they will accept Sensi because Sensi is kind of neutral. I love to say it's a co-pilot.
Does Sensi help reduce hospitalizations and rehospitalizations?
We’re preventing people from going to the hospital, preventing people from ending up in situations that they don’t want. My readmission rate overall was 4.74% in 2024 and year to date it’s 4.35%. We hit our goals and wouldn’t have been able to do that without Sensi.

We had a client that fell numerous mornings in a row. And this was a woman that was very, very opposed to care. If we had somebody four hours twice a week, she’d send them home after two. She’d cancel them. She didn’t want anybody. But these mornings were problematic, and she was falling when she got out of bed. And so we were able to sit down with the daughter and this client, and we went from eight hours a week to 24/7 live-in.

My base clients have gone from 75 clients up to 141 clients. Our weekly billable hours increased from 1,189 hours all the way up to 2,201 this week. Gross revenue jumped nearly 50%.
She’s in her 80s. She’s independent, and we were able to have standalone Sensi with her after a very short period of care with a hip surgery. So, she had a hip surgery. Sensi was sensitive enough that it picked up that there was something going on that was not normal activity and sent the alert to me.

Sensi is really covering the holes, so to speak, or bridging the gaps.
Does Sensi act as a safety net when caregivers and families aren’t present?
I have care managers and I have caregivers and I have sales representatives but we’re not always in the home. This is the only industry that I know of that there’s no supervision. Sensi gives me that layer of comfort that there are additional resources just in case.
Does Sensi help us recognize great caregivers?
That’s the heroic work that would never have been seen if I didn’t have that access.
How has Sensi helped reduce hospitalizations?
She was in the hospital constantly with UTI before we started care and had Sensi installed. So, one of the things my team’s really, really proud of because she is probably one of the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet, is that they were able to this day prevent her from having another re-hospitalization from a UTI.
What kind of results have you seen with Sensi?
So far, there is no downside. It’s all been positives.
How did Sensi help you stand out to referral partners?
I had about 88 clients or so. That was three years ago. Now I have 220 clients and I am telling you, that is the truth. And now I have five contracts, big contracts with Medicare. Why? The why is because these referral sources will not talk to you unless you have something unique.

One of the things that I really did like with Sensi is how we can show gratitude for our caregivers.

When a caregiver is not there and they’re worried about what’s going on, we’re able to tell them like she’s doing okay.
How does Sensi detect health issues before they escalate?
Sensi doesn’t just stop at continuously assessing the home to catch the anomalies, which it does. It goes deeper by keeping track of the senior’s physical, emotional, and cognitive health. Within my agency, Sensi has detected falls, cries for help, and early signs of urinary tract infections. How cool is that? Keep them out of the hospital because we’re going to get the UTI caught days before the average person or physician would be able to catch it.
What impact does Sensi have on hospitalization and ER visit rates?
In our pilot using Sensei, we had an 18% hospitalization rate. You can see the ER visits have a similar 65% decline from 85%, 60% to 21%.
