Clanz Ltd. D/B/A Sensi.AI together with its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (“Sensi.AI”, “we”, “our”) is committed to maintaining the privacy of individuals. The security and privacy of your information are very important to us. In order to ensure transparency and give you more control over your Personal Dara, this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store Personal Data we collect or receive from or about you such as in the use cases mentioned below.
Sensi.AI provides a hybrid care solution (“Sensi.AI Solution”), developed specifically for senior care environments. The Sensi.AI Solution, based on the collection of raw audio data, provides in-depth insights by automatically analyzing both mental and physical events which take place at the care facility or at senior’s home (“Services”). The Sensi.AI Solution includes the Sensi.AI hardware tool that is installed on premise and enables the collection of audio raw data. The raw data is then automatically analyzed to enable the user of the Sensi.AI Solution (whether it is a care agency or the senior’s legal guardian) to review via Sensi.AI’s platform (“Platform”) in-depth insights and recommendations and rely on data-driven decisions.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), available at https://www.sensi.ai/privacy/, forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) or any other agreement you enter with us, and governs our practices regarding the collection, processing, usage and transfer of certain data, including Personal Data (as defined below), and the choices you make about the information. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of Personal Data from:
- Individuals who visit and browse our website available at https://www.sensi.ai/ or engage with our blogs, demos, or other similar forms available through the website (“Prospect”);
- Customers who choose to be provided with the Services and utilize our Platform (“Customer”) or require that the care agency (“Agency”) will utilize it, or when Customer’s legal guardian or other entrusted person (“Legal Guardian”) chooses to use the Services and Platform for the benefit of the Customer;
- Individuals who are employed or contracted by an Agency or Legal Guardian to provide aid and assistance to the Customer (“Caregiver”) based on employment or any other contract or agreement (“Caregiver’s Contract”) and whose responsibilities under the Caregiver’s contract with the Agency or Legal Guardian includes visiting premises where Sensi.AI hardware tool is installed;
- Individuals who utilize our Platform (“Platform Users”) whether as an Agency, its representative (“Agency Representative”) or the Legal Guardian;
- Individuals who visit premises where Sensi.AI hardware tool is installed (“Visitors”)
Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms. Customers, Prospects, Legal Guardians, Caregivers, Agency Representatives and Visitors shall be further, collectively and separately, referred to as “you”.
Any Personal Data you provide is made at your free will and consent (where required under applicable data protection laws), and you acknowledge that you are not under any statutory obligation to provide us with Personal Data. However, we must collect or receive some Personal Data to provide the Service, and if you will not provide us with such Personal Data, we will not be able to fulfill certain purposes, for example, provide certain Services or enable use of certain features – all as described under Section 4 below – “Personal Data Sets We Process & Purpose of Collection and Use” which details the purposes for which each Personal Data set is collected
This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals world-wide, however, certain jurisdictions require that applicable disclosures will be provided in a certain way and format, and therefore in the event you are a resident of certain US states, additional disclosures and rights may apply to you – please also review Section 14 below, ”Additional Information for US Residents”, to learn more about our privacy practices and your rights under the privacy and data protection legislation which may apply to you as a resident of those states.
In addition to this Privacy Policy, in the event you apply for a job (“Candidate”), please review the Candidates Privacy Notice which applies to the processing of Personal Data during, or after, the hiring process, in Sensi.AI.
- POLICY AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. The most recent version of this Privacy Policy will always be posted on the website and the update date will be reflected in the “Last Amended” heading. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material, and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Any amendments to the Privacy Policy will become effective immediately, unless we notify otherwise. We recommend you review this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you understand our most updated privacy practices.
- CONTACT INFORMATION AND DATA CONTROLLER INFORMATION
Clanz Ltd. D/B/A Sensi.AI is incorporated under the laws of the state of Israel, is the Controller (as such term is defined under privacy legislation) of the following Personal Data we collect from you: Online Identifiers and Usage Data; Contact Information; Account Details; Telemetry Data and Device Data. Meaning, we control the processing of such Personal Data as described under this Privacy Policy and decide upon the purpose and means of collection and processing.
In other cases, we act in the capacity of the Processor (as such term is defined under privacy legislation) of the following Personal Data we collect from you: Voice Prints, Data Driven Insights, Notices regarding distressed movement or behavior. Meaning, we do not control the processing of such Personal Data and act following the instructions of, and on behalf of, the Agencies.

- INFORMATION PROCESSED BY SENSI.AI
We may collect two types of information from you, depending on your interaction with us.
The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-Personal Data”). We are not aware of the identity of the individual from whom we have collected the Non-Personal Data. Non-Personal Data collected may include technical information regarding your device or browser, type of operating system, scope, frequency, interactions with the website, and other technical information regarding the device used – all is considered as Non-Personal Data when collected on an aggregate basis, or otherwise not combined with any identifiers. We may further process and anonymize Personal Data in a manner that the data will be Non-Personal Data. Non-Personal Data may be used by us without limitation and for any purpose. Some of this information may be considered “de-identified” under applicable laws and when we rely on data that has been “de-identified”, we will take reasonable measures to ensure that the de-identified information cannot be associated with an individual, household, or device and not attempt to re-identify it.
The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Data” or “Personal Information” as defined under the applicable data protection law).
For the avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Data connected or linked to Personal Data shall be deemed as Personal Data as long as such connection or linkage exists. However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any data insofar as it is held, processed, disclosed or published in a form which cannot be linked to an individual (such as anonymized or aggregated data which cannot directly or indirectly be used to identify you or to obtain information about you (“Anonymized and Aggregated Data“). We may generate or extract Anonymized and Aggregated Data out of any databases containing your Personal Data and we may make use of any such Anonymized and Aggregated Data for our purposes as we see fit.

Contact Information is used for: 1. Provide you with the support you requested or to respond to your inquiry. The correspondence with you may be processed and stored by us in order to improve our client service and in the event, when we believe it is required to continue to store it, for example, in the event of any claims or in order to provide you with any further assistance (if applicable). 2. Voice Prints and Data Driven Insights During the provision of the Services, we collect raw audio data through the Sensi.AI hardware tool, which may also be referred to as voice prints or voice profiles (“Voice Prints”). Further, we collect insights driven from the collection and processing of acoustic data and Voice Prints, such as insights about distressed senior movement or behavior, or other events happening in the facility where Sensi.AI hardware tool is installed (“Data Driven Insights”). Data Driven Insights include data such as type of the event occurred, date and time of occurrence, audio recording of the event, etc. Please note that your Personal Data may be incidentally collected if you are physically present near the Sensi.AI hardware tool, as the collection and processing of audio data in a facility where the Sensi.AI Solution is installed is essential for the provision of the Services.

Customers, Senior Guardians | |
Notices regarding distressed movement or behavior When you choose to be provided with email or SMS notifications regarding your loved one’s distressed movement or behavior, we will process your email or telephone number, as well as Data Driven Insights (as defined above) to send you notifications encouraging your engagement and interaction with the Agency staff regarding the information generated via the Platform.

We process such data to perform our obligations towards Agency in our capacity as Processor (as such term is defined under data protection legislation), in particular: 1. To provide users of the Sensi.AI Solution with our notification services, including informing Senior Guardians about distressed senior movement or behavior and allowing them to consider contacting Agency or Caregiver and implementing preventative measures to reduce future risk. 2. To help maintain a safe and secure care environment. 3. For the ongoing review and improvement of the Service and ensure it is informative. Please note that we never share any health-related information as a part of the notices we provide to Senior Guardians. |
Please note that the actual processing operation per each purpose of use detailed in the table above may differ. Such processing operation usually includes a set of operations, made by automated means, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure by transmission, erasure or destruction.
In addition, we may use certain Personal Data to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity thefts and any other misuse of the website and services and to enforce our policies and agreements, as well as to protect the security or integrity of our databases and the services, and to take precautions against legal liability.
As mentioned above, we may also aggregate all personally identifying characteristics from any data we collect and may share that aggregated, anonymized data with third parties or publish it. These data do not personally identify you and helps us to measure the success of the services and its features and to improve your experience. We reserve the right to make use of any such aggregated data as we see fit.
- HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, we may collect information as follows:
- Automatically– certain Personal Data such as Online Identifiers and Telemetry Data is generated automatically and collected through the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels, tags, agent, etc.). For more information on the cookies we use and how to opt out of third-party collection of this information, please see our Section 7 below “Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies“.
- Provided by you voluntarily – we will collect information if and when you choose to provide us with the information, such as through contact us form available on the website or when you complete the registration on the Platform.
- From technologies we use while providing Services – we may collect certain types of information electronically through various types of technologies used in Sensi.AI Solution (e.g., raw audio data, insights).
- HOW DO WE MANAGE CONSENT?
By using the Platform and Services or by your performance of Caregiver’s contract, you are providing your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data as set out in this Policy. In some cases, your consent may be “implied” i.e. your permission is assumed based on your action or inaction at the point of collection, use or sharing of your Personal Data.
We will obtain consent when we want to use Personal Data for a new purpose or for a purpose other than those stated at the time of collection in this Policy or in Sensi.AI’s Terms and Conditions or other document of a similar nature.
Your consent can be withdrawn at any time, except in limited circumstances, including where withdrawal of consent is restricted by legal or regulatory requirements or as a result of your contractual obligations with us. In certain cases, withdrawing consent may result in your inability to continue using our Platform and Services or to fulfil your Caregiver’s contract.
- COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
When you access to or use the website or some of our products and services, we use “cookies” or similar tracking technologies, which store certain information on your device (i.e., locally stored). The use of cookies is standard industry-wide practice. A “cookie” is a small piece of information that a website assigns and stores on your computer while you are viewing a website. Cookies are used by us for various purposes, including allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, as well as for statistical purposes, analytic purposes and advertising. - CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
Due to our global business operation, your Personal Data may be transferred to, and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. However, in all cases, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer. We will transfer your Personal Data using appropriate and suitable safeguards, while using a variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts, to ensure your rights and protections travel with your data.
When we engage a service provider that operates outside of your country of residence, Personal Data may be stored, processed, accessed, or used in a foreign jurisdiction. In that case, Personal Data is subject to the law of the jurisdiction in which it is used or stored, including any law permitting or requiring disclosure of the information to the government, government agencies, courts, and law enforcement in that jurisdiction. The jurisdictions where our service providers are currently located include the United States, the European Union, and Israel.
- HOW WE PROTECT AND RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- Data Security. We deploy industry standard measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Personal Data we process. We maintain physical, technical and administrative measures. These measures include, but not limited to, multi-factor authentication, masking, encryption, logging and monitoring, and we test and update these periodically. We endeavor to restrict access to Personal Data on a ‘need to know’ basis for the provision of Services to you, especially when the processing of sensitive information is involved. We maintain policies and practices which ensure the protection of your Personal Data. Depending on the volume and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it is used and the format in which it is stored, we implement a combination of measures to protect your Personal Data, including (i) Internal policies and procedures that govern our privacy and Personal Data handling practices; (ii) Regular employee privacy and security training; (iii) Contractual protections and other measures to ensure that service providers with whom we share Personal Data maintain adequate privacy protections and standards, as described above in the Section “Cross-Border Data Transfer”. In the event of a security breach, we will take all reasonable action to minimize any harm, including with regard to notifications. Although we will do our best to protect Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our Platform and Website, and transmission is at the user’s own risk.
- Data Retention. Generally, Sensi.AI does not retain information longer than necessary to provide its Services and for its reasonable business and lawful needs, as outlined above. Other circumstances in which we will retain your Personal Data for longer periods of time include: (i) where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements; (ii) for us to have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges; or (iii) if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your Personal Data. Please note that except as required by applicable law, we may at our sole discretion, delete or amend information from our systems, without notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for such purposes
- YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
We acknowledge that different people have different privacy concerns and preferences. Our goal is to be clear about what information we collect so that you can make meaningful choices about how it is used. We allow you to exercise certain choices, rights, and controls in connection with your information. Depending on your relationship with us, your jurisdiction and the applicable data protection laws that apply to you, you have the right to control and request certain limitations or rights to be executed.
In the table below you can review your rights depending on your interaction with us, how you can exercise them, and appeal a decision we take in this regard. Please note that some rights are available in certain jurisdictions only.

The CAN-SPAM Act is a Federal US law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out strict penalties for violations.
To be in accordance with CANSPAM, Sensi.AI agrees to the following:
- Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
- Identify the commercial message sent to you as an advertisement when required.
- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
- Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
- Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at privacy@sensi.ai and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.

Appeal Rights
