- Complete a short form with:
- Your main inbound lead sources (A Place for Mom, Caring.com, website, etc.)
- Your payer model (Private Pay, Medicaid, VA, etc.) and price range
- A brief company blurb that Sally can use when pitching
- Zip codes you serve
- Connect your lead sources by adding Sally’s email (provided by our team) so leads route automatically.
That’s it. Sally takes it from there – following up, nurturing, and booking assessments straight to your calendar.
How do I review lead activity?
You’ll be able to track a summary of all leads you’ve routed to Sally, along with each lead’s status – from engagement and response rates to conversion outcomes.
Who is providing the inbound leads to Sally?
Currently for Sally 1.0, she will call your inbound leads provided through channels such as A Place for Mom.
Is process handled fully by AI, or are humans involved too?
